- Please be at the virtual room of your session 15 minutes before it begins.

- English is the official language of the ELT Tech 2021 Conference; therefore, all presentations must be delivered in English.

- Oral Presentations should be 15 minutes, followed by 5 minutes for clarifying queries. Please do not extend your presentation beyond your assigned time.

- Presenters are required to prepare the PowerPoint Presentation. It is recommended that you use the official PowerPoint presentation template which can be downloaded here.

- Make sure to install Adobe Connect on the computer. You can download it from official website of Tabaran Institute of Higher Education (download Section). - Make sure you have access to a high-speed internet connection.

- You will need to have access to a computer or laptop with plenty of battery.

- A quality headset, a microphone, and a high-quality camera are essential for presenters.

- To participate in the conference and workshops, you need to install and run Adobe Connect on your computer or mobile. - To login Adobe Connect, all participants should have username and password. They will be sent to you by the conference organizers.
